Dbuys had the best price for the LCD TV that I wanted and it was delivered in less than a week! I was very impressed with the quick and excellent service. They did charge me an extra $100 for "shipping insurance", which was not disclosed on their website when I placed the order. However, the price was still hundreds of dollars less than if I had purchased it from a local store, so it was well worth it. I would definitely buy from Dbuys in the future. Read more

This merchant presented no hassles. When I was asked to confirm the order by phone, I called and left a message when the salesperson was not available. When I emailed a question about tracking the package, a response came the next day. When the item was shipped, the FedEx tracking number was emailed automatically and promptly. Videocamera arrived, but UPC was missing from the box. As a result, I cannot qualify for a $100 rebate Sony is offering in conjuction with Marriot. Also, although the camera appears to be new, the box did appear to be open judging by the security tape. When I called customer service they were *very* rude. They *said* they would not charge a restocking fee, but totally refused to put that in writing via e-mail which I thought was very suspicious. I suggest AVOIDING DBUYS.COM. Read more

Package sent late with FedEx required signature for delivery. I did not know that and nobody can be at home during the day. To pick it up from FedEx I have to go 60-80M. The service and delivery of my camera clearly exceeded expectations. Kudos to Dbuys! However, the flash I ordered is backordered and I have not received. One of the major reasons I selected this vendor because their website indicated that they had the desired flash in stock.
