In a word WONDERUL!
I called Vann's to verify stock of the item I wanted to purchase and Regina Tatum the customer service rep did that for me very quickly. I verified the price and asked the cost of getting the item by Christmas, and she was able to get that information to me immediately. I placed the order with Regina, and within minutes I had a confirmation of the order, and before the end of that same day I had received verification of shipment and tracking information for Fedex!! WOW, I don't think it could have been any easier, the item was here the very next day! My daughter will be very excited to get her camera on Christmas Day!

Beware of product packaging damage in shipments!

Just received my iPod shuffle from Vanns.com. The package is scratched and looks used, and a huge yellow tracking sticker covers the back of the package. Contacted customer care, and they said they don't guarantee shipping damage of product packaging. I won't shop here again.

I ordered on a Friday morning, had all of my notifications of order
confirmation, approval and also shipping notification within the hour. Since I ordered online, there has not been a need for any customer service as of yet, but if they are as professional as when
getting your order shipped, then I can't foresee a problem. The merchandise was exactly what I ordered and was delivered two days earlier than expected. I ordered on Friday and had the package on Monday. Would have been here on Saturday, but FedEx doesn't deliver in my area on Saturdays. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience Vanns.

I have been shopping online and at big box stores for a rear projection television for several weeks. After lots of research I kept coming across Vann's of Montana, a store I had never heard of. Their low price, free delivery, and excellent pre-sales help helped push me to press the purchase button on Thanksgiving day. Less than 24 hours later I have already been notified that my TV has shipped. Now I just need a way to hide it from the wife and kids until Christmas day. This is one case where I was kind of expecting and hoping for slow order processing. ;-)

Ordered 50" plasma t.v. online. Shipped promptly at no charge. Received helpful/useful emails from Vann's.com relating to shipping details and what to do when arrives. Box arrived in good condition and promptly. Customer service was excellent. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

After having a frustrating experience with Best Buy online, I returned the 73" Mitsubishi DLP TV to them which was defective from the time it arrived. I shopped around the internet and kept seeing the prices at Vann's. I researched the website and read many reviews before deciding to make my purchase with them. I called them and spoke to their reps and they were very helpful. I went ahead and made my purchase of a 72" Samsung DLP TV and an Onkyo Home Theater receiver. I ordered both on 11/30/08 and received both items by Fed Ex on 12/04/08 as promised. This was a very satisfying experience end to end and both items arrived undamaged and in working order. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Excellent Velodyne VX-10B addition to my previous speaker purchases from Vann's. Ordering was easy, even though I entered an erroneous number. Your site caught it well and everything turned out o.k. Good customer support; although, in my replies to your agent, I think my REPLY was kicked back, perhaps without your employee reading it. You may want to check that possibility. Double boxing for shipment was well-done... thanks. Will shop at Vann's FIRST always in the future. Hope Mr. Vann had a great birthday. Keep up the quality ethic he instilled.

i purchased a jvc 61FH97. shipping through yellow was quick and vanns sent the product out within 24 hours. it was 77 cents above the lowest price including shipping and came with a free harmony remote or an upconverting dvd recorder for an extra $50. Called in twice to ask a few questions and reached someone immediately the first time and less than a minute the second time.

My experience with Vann's customer service was not good. I ordered a product on line the night before Easter, quickly changed my mind, and within an hour of ordering I left a message on their customer service line to cancel the order. On Monday, after they had been open for about 4 hours, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. They refused to pay for the return shipping. Their customer service people were polite, and their shipping was fast, but they refused to accept any responsibility for the problem. One supervisor even made suggestions that perhaps I had not actually left a message. I won't be shopping with them again.

It was my first time ordering from Vanns. Researched on-line company to buy a Sony 32" flat screen. I picked Vanns because they had one of the best prices, was part of the BBB, good reviews, and was very satisfied after talking to them on the phone.
They said the TV would come in 7 to 10 business days to the east coast. Well, it arrived in 5! They shipped the TV via FedEx and I was able to track the progress till it arrived. The TV was double boxed and packed very well. Was in perfect condition and worked great. Very satisfied customer.
