I'm definitely a jaded customer when it comes to purchasing online, and music gear in general. Sweetwater has won my lifelong allegiance by demonstrating amazing customer service techniques that are simple, but go a long way to show how dedicated this company is to giving their customers a positive experience! As soon as I placed my order (which was no more than $60, mind you) I received a call from a customer service representative letting me know that it will be shipped shortly. I even received a follow up call more than a month later to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase! Oh, and the package had a few treats thrown in as well! Airheads, anyone? These guys rock!

They are great. I ordered a synthesizer on Saturday with my personal check; the instrument arrived at my home the following Wednesday! It was in perfect condition and with a couple of complimentary Sweet Tarts and Fireball candies.

Recently purchased a Gator semi-hardshell case for a Roland 88Key digital piano from Sweetwater. Although the specs loosely describe the case dimensions, I needed to speak to someone for advice on a G76 case since this piano is very slim-line and would be lost in the 88Key case. I called the SweetCare Center 800-222-4700 and spoke with Jeff Rodgers. Jeff knew the exact dimensions of both the keyboard and case I wanted and put me at total ease with my selection. He also recommended the correct microphone and amp that I will be purchasing from Sweetwater in the near future. My local music center didn't have the product nor the knowledge to help me with this order. I've used the case several times now to transport my daughter's keyboard to and from college. It is perfect. I'm glad I found Sweetwater.com

When I waited too late to purchase my son's guitar for Christmas, I was frantically searching the Net for one and found it at Sweetwater. I was amazed at their customer service. They called me immediately after I placed the order because I had checked that it was a gift and I had used my business address. The guy was so nice and told me they were always there if we had questions or concerns about the product once it arrived.He gave me his number and extension and his assistant's number and extension. The order shipped super fast.
On Christmas Eve, when I realized I was one gift short for this same child, I was able to order a gift certificate on-line and have it e-mailed to me so that I could wrap it. Most websites will only mail them.
Then today when my son used the gift certificate, we received an e-mail a short time later saying the items had shipped. Not to mention the shipping was free!
They've won our business (for as long as this music phase lasts).

I have now ordered two things at sweetwater (soundcard and headphones). Both times, I placed my order at night, and the next morning I got a personal phone call from sweetwater just to let me know that my item had shipped and to ask if I had any questions. Their staff is extremely helpful and (unlike so many stores these days) they really know their products. Truly exceptional customer service!
I ordered a Roland V-Tour Electronic Drum set from them. Stephen, my sales rep, was great. Stephen always returned emails very promptly with an email or phone call. When he was out, the sales assistant replied to my email. Sweetwater delivered on time and accurate. My experience with Sweetwater was great. I highly recommend them.
Wow these guys hit me good. Bought a gig bag hardshell bass case and a pedal. Hardcase was sold as new for $125, received a used and damaged hard case. I can't believe that. Was also sent the pedal in a different shipment and was sent to my billing address instead of my shipping address. The pedal was lost. Now I have a used hardshell case, no pedal and a show to play tomorrow night. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!
