Excellent buying experience. Only one "mistake" made by merchant: they sent an e-mail announcing product was shipped but it was sent to me AFTER I had already received the product .... thus all my earlier attempts to track shipment always came up empty. Not a big deal because the items, nevertheless, arrived promptly.

I was somewhat concerned about ordering from an "unknown" merchant via the Interent for such a large and expensive item as an LCD tv. However, good reviews from people on-line at Shopping.com and Epinions, led me to take the chance. I could not be happier with J&R Music. They met and exceded every expectation. I had a need to contact them and they could not have been more courteous and helpful. My experience with J&R was the greatest and I would defintely use them again.
