Crutchfield has dependably excellent service. The information about the products they carry is readily available on their website and is very thorough with many high quality pictures. I do wish they would carry some of the USA made brands like Stinger audio and Dayton audio for example and label the country of origin in their spec list of the products. Read more

Pleased with the customer service, prices are a little higher than other web sites, but the difference was not enough to make me switch. Crutchfield site came highly recommended via message boards and forums that I used to research equipment that I was looking to purchase. I really enjoy shopping at Crutchfield. They always have the best deals and great sales. I like that they pay attention to what it being bought by the customer. I made two purchases almost back to back, and they called me to confirm that I was the one making the purchases. Some people would consider that an incovenience, but I am proud to have a vendor call me an make sure that I am actually the one spending my money. With the threat of identity theft higher than ever, this is a very safe place to shop. I will definitely return again, and will refer everyone I know to Crutchfield. Read more
