Circuit City needs to work out a better way to pick up on line orders instead of having customers wait in the same line as others needing customer service. They should have a special pick up line for on line purchases only. The person helping me with my order was so disorganized. He started my order, then went to another cashier and started helping someone else. I frequently shop on-line at Circuit City and pick up the item the same day at their retail store to avoid waiting and also to avoid shipping charge and haven't disappointed so far. Also the good about doing this rather than shopping exclusively on line is you reduce the hazzle of returning items because the store is just right there. Read more

I ordered the product online to be picked up at the store. The clerk went running around the store looking for the product refusing to listen to me when I told him it was just behind him hanging on the wall. He refused to believe that. It should have been pulled and set aside for my arrival just like you state on line. No harm. I still got the product at a great price. Thank you Read more

The online offer stated there was a $20 rebate, later after receiving the battery back up but no rebate form I went back to see the add and guess what it doesn't mention a rebate. I didn't copy the orginal ad and didn't question the confirmation being full price so I didn't bother to complain. You got me once but it will not happen again!! Read more
