Pros: THIS IS AN EASY TO USE UNIT.
Cons: INTERNAL SPEAKERS AREN'T VERY GOOD, MUST HAVE VOLUME AT HIGHEST SETTING.

I JUST BOUGHT THIS MAGNIFICENT PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF USE, CONSTRUCTION QUALITY, PICTURE RECREATION, AND SOUND. I BOUGHT THIS UNIT SO I COULD WATCH MOVIES AT WORK BY THE LAKE. I CAN ALSO VIEW PICTURES OR MOVIES VIA S-VIDEO CABLE FROM MY SONY HANDYCAM. BUT MOSTLY WILL USE IT TO WATCH MOVIES. I DO PLENTY OF OVERNIGHT CAMPING ON MY BOAT ON THE LAKE, NOW AT NIGHT I CAN WATCH A MOVIE OR AFTERNOON WHEN THE FISHING GETS SLOW. I BOUGHT A PAIR OF BOSE TRIPORT HEADPHONES, EXTRA BATTERY, CAR ADAPTER, AND CARRYING CASE IN ADDITION TO THE DVD-L1200 FOR 900.00. IT WAS A GREAT DEAL AND I HAVE LOTS OF TIME TO USE THE PLAYER.
