Piece of garbage

Pros: It makes you get off your butt and excercise. Cons: It is a huge gimmick product and very poorly made.
I purchased this junk nearly 2 years ago. Granted, that's a long time ago, but I barely even used this thing. In fact, it got more use of something to sit on occasionally.
But, for the longest time, I was wondering why it had a bad rough spot in it when it turned so I took the center bolt out of the swivel pad assembly and saw that the plastic that the rollers ride on is all broken.
Why would they make these out of plastic when they claim it is built to last?
I called the company, and to my surprise they had me on record, but they could only offer me a replacement part for 35 dollars.
So, apparently, they know how junkie these things are and they are prepared to sell you more junk to fix the junk you spent all the money on.
I recommend you steer clear of this product. I personally should have known better.
