Trendware TV-IP201 Network Camera

Pros: Good image. Replaceable lens (Standard CS Mount).
Cons: Absolutely dismal customer support. The worst I have ever experienced.

I bought this camera in early May, 2007. I have it set up and it is functioning well. The quality of the image and the quality of the device appears very good. However, the camera is supposed to be configurable to automatically FTP time sequential images to an on line Web Site. I have been unable to get this to work, even though I have two DLINK cameras which perform just fine. I have been trying to get help from Trendnet's customer and technical support folks for over a month. The telephone folks are polite, but can not provide an answer. They referred me to the email technical support address. After one initial response asking very tersely for screen shots of my configuration, they have gone totally silent. I have tried repeated polite emails as well as another call to their telephone support line with no success. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company to anyone, despite the quality of their camera.
