Pros: Bluetooth, 4 inch screen, Lots of voices to guide you. Cons: Menus convoluted, phone book can't be managed, extra features require steep learning curve.

Pros: Accuracy, display, ease of use, interface, Bluetooth connectivity. Cons: Inability to distinguish from light and dark situations.
TomTom's reputation as a leader in GPS systems was what prompted me to choose this system. The price was competitive with a similar model from Garmin, but the TomTom had a few more features. Overall the device has worked as expected, and I have not ...
Pros: Gets me there easily and quickly. Text to speech translation is clever. Cons: Silly features. Buggy Software. Clumsy engineering for attaching it to the windshield.
I’ve bought a TomTom 300 about 3 years ago and it was quite revolutionary for me. The ability to drive and never have to worry about how to get to my destination. The TomTom 910 is a huge improvement over the TomTom 300 but let me stand back and ...
Pros: Works great - when it is working Cons: Shuts down unexpectedly, Can't find a way home, needs to be reset
This Tom Tom GPS system seems to work great.. when it is not malfunctioning. Other reviewer will have explained why it is good - I won't go too far into that. The interface is slick and easy to understand (even for my eighty year old grandfather who is ...
Pros: It's perfect when it does work. Cons: I've exchanged it 5 times!
my 910 was the first one I bought. Right away, it's easy to fall in love w/ this unit b/c it literally holds you by the hand and takes you were you need to go (as long as it can find your location within the unit). However, I've had to return the unit ...
Pros: Great feature set, nice screen, bluetooth, MP3, etc. Cons: Doesn't do the primary job: Optimal routes are a hit or miss proposition
The below is a note sent to TomTom tech support. It summarizes a number of issues which you should be aware of before buying this unit. It's a gorgeous unit, but it just doesn't do a very good job of getting you from point A to point B, which for a GPS ...
Pros: Great maps and directions to anywhere, 20GB MP3 Hard Drive, Updateable, Blutooth. Cons: Some menus take getting used to, for your money-find it on sale.
I’ll be honest I was new to the world of GPS. I don’t have a job where I travel much so I thought I wouldn’t ever have a need for GPS. I received the TOMTOM GO 910 from a contest at work. I thought it would only collect dust. Boy, was I wrong? ...
Pros: Interface is user friendly Cons: Battery Life, Navigating Software is confused
We bought this GPS when we got lost in Washington D.C. Although it helped us find some great food, it did not include many of the sites we wanted to see in the area (no "landmarks" or other just POI). This GPS did get quite confused in the "mixing bowl" of highways in the Washington D.C. area. This GPS drops satellite signal quite frequently, which is aggervating when you are trying to drive somewhere hectic like D.C. or NY. Overall, the functionality is easy to use and intuitive but you do have to press quite a few buttons to get to something like 'clear a route' or 'view text' (if you want to view what is coming up as opposed to waiting for it to tell you). Also, this GPS has told me to turn on to a completely different highway than I was supposed to before, and ended me up in a different state. They need some new software. Also, the unit itself is not small, so keep that in mind.
