Serta Perfect Sleeper Fallbrooke Pillowtop

We bought a "perfect day" sleeper from Serta almost 3 months ago. It seemed like "sleeping on a cloud" initially, but I don't think clouds really have much support! The first couple hours of sleep are very nice, but then you wake up and have to find an area of the bed that has not sunken in! It sucks you in and you have to pull yourself out. I wake up with headaches, backaches and neck pain. We are going to try and return it under the 90 day thing at the Brick today, but we are doubtful that they will take it back.

Pros: It was comfortable for a month.

We had a Serta pillow top mattress delivered 3/09/06. I have already slept a "groove" into my side of the bed. I weigh 125-129 lbs. I have not yet contacted the store from which the mattress was purchased but am discouraged by the notice from the person from Austin as I too live in Austin and suspect we may have a common problem, common source. Is it legit to ask the Austin person to contact me? sueriha@AOL.com. Two people negotiating might be more effective than one.

We paid $2200 for a Serta double pillow top and are having a similar problem that your writer "count 2-10" is having. After only a few months of use a large lump developed in the middle of the pillow top, causing the sleeper to roll towards the edge of the bed. We called the store (America's Mattress in Peterborough, NH) that the sleep set was purchased at. The store owner wants to charge us $75 to come out and look at the mattress!! I am determined to not be taken further in this bad purchase by spending even more money. If Serta does not give me satisfaction, I will ask my attorney to begin legal action
