Pros: Wonderful food, friendly service, lovely romantic atmosphere. In true European fashion, you are never rushed.
Cons: Sometimes crowdedness makes for a long wait, and the seats are cramped (or cozy).

I can confidently say that this is my very favorite restaurant in all of the South Bay.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out for a Valentine's Day/birthday celebration this year after reading the review in LA Magazine's restaurant issue--it exceeded both of our expectations, and we had a delicious, romantic evening.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was a little skeptical because it was unexpectedly in a strip mall, and the seating process seemed very unorganized. There were people shoved up against the entrance and it took forever to get seated, even with reservations. But once Aimee appeared and started greeting everyone (she is so friendly and genuinely warm), it was instantly easy to forget about the wait.

Now that I know how amazing the food and service is, I would wait twice as long if I had to! I noticed that many people in the restaurant were "regulars"--now I know why! I'll definitely be back as well.
