I purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper about 14 months ago; I was having a hard time sleeping and was waking up in the morning sore, tired and with headaches. I defiantly needed some kind of different support for my body; I was always told from my parents that I needed to be sleeping on a firm bed to get the ultimate rest. Talking with my doctor I concluded that I needed something that was firm and soft. Doing research I found that the only mattress that gives the right combination of both firm and soft is the perfect sleeper.
Everyone needs to get a good nights rest at least 8 hours a night. We need to rest fully so our body can gather the energy it needs for the next day to keep up our physical and mental health, and to regulate our hormones,metabolism, and to keep our immune system strong.According to the last census in 2000 from health news, "there are 281 million people in the U.S. and at least one quarter of them suffer from some form of sleep disorder". Improper sleep affects our health and causes multiple problems for the body. Sleep depravity results in emotional stress and lowered mental abilities. This includes the immune system, CNS, adrenals and other vital body systems, lowering our quality of life resulting in depression, irritability and leaving us constantly tired.

Serta dose research on the health effects from not getting a full nights sleep and they base there products around what the public needs are. All Perfect Sleeper comes with an open flame resistance system and fire blocker, and a manufacture warranty that is easily accessible through their manufacturer and can be reached through their web site, there built with "visco foam" that has the fire blocker built into it, "Free Flex inner spring" this is an advanced inner spring that is built to mirror the shape of the body to provide more support, and "Sensifiber" a temperature regulating fiber to help keep your body at a more constant temperature through the night.
To me Serta perfect sleeper is a great combination of comfort and at a reasonable price. It has all the features you need to achieve a great night of sleep. It has proven it's self to me through research and personal use that, it can help maintain mental and physical needs of the body that many people are looking for. The first night sleeping on my Serta I new why it is the most sold mattress, it lives up to it's name. I no longer wake up with achy joints and headaches, I do not toss and turn and I feel well rested in the morning.
