BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY A SERTA

Pros: After I got the CEO staff involved, customer service suddenly became more responsive.

Cons: Customer Service is not responsive. Two defective beds in four years. Product quality is poor.

I bought a SERTA King mattress for $1000 four years ago.
It was determined to be defective after two years of use.
It was replaced with a "comparable" SERTA bed. It also was determined defective after a little over two years of use. They want to replace the 2nd defective bed with another "comparable" bed. SERTA customer service is terrible. These people are not responsive and don't care about the customer. DO NOT BUY A SERTA.
