I was extremely dissatisfied with Happy Mothers. I ordered a carseat they advertised as "in stock." 6 weeks later I was still getting email assurances (when they bothered to respond) the item was to be shipped the next day. After 6 weeks of this, I called customer service only to be told the item had been discontinued (despite still listing it as "in stock" on their website.) Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone, as well as completely unwilling to make this mistake right. They might offer lower prices, but save yourself the time and frustration and shop somewhere more reliable.
Shoppped once at Happymothers and it has been the only store I have purchased my children's products at. They have really great return policies they are just so accomidating. I really appriciate this website tremendously

Had to contact customer service through on-line chat because my packages was marked "Incorrect Address" from FedEx. Turned out it was an error on FedEx's side, not Happy Mother's. The customer service rep, Melissa, was very helpful and professional. She even followed this issue until my packages were delivered. The on-line chat format was excellent and I recommend to anyone needing to contact customer service. Shipping of my order was very quick. Had my order less than a week after I ordered it.
