Ordered Salmon Pointe white zinfedal but actually recieved anthor white zinfedal product by Coastal Vintners. Wasn't what I expected without at least a call. Did call the merchant and they were very agreeable to returning the product if we are not satisfied.
We will be returning the product so we'll see how that goes.

I thought they would contact me when they got the wrong address. I had to follow up on my order and have it redirected properly. It was my mistake on the shipping address but when it wasnt delivered, I had to call to have it fixed. I thought maybe since they knew it didnt get delivered on the first try properly I would get a call from them. But I am still pleased with the service and outcome of the delivery. Good customer service by both Greenwood & their shipping company.
