It took three tries to get the desk undamaged. After the second one came, I spoke to a representative and explained how I felt it was their packing that allowed the damage to occur. When the third one arrived, it was obvious they modified their process. In addition, I was very pleased to see that when I opened the box, considerable care was taken to ensure the previous problems could not reoccur. The orientation of the desk was changed to reduce any chances of damage. I am now very pleased with the results. Read more

After I ordered I waited weeks for my chairs. I wanted them for the Holidays. I finally called them to inquire to find they were never shipped and they had no idea why. They said they would have to call and would get back with me. I waited. I then sent them an email. They said they had problems and would get back with me. I waited. I emailed them again. I finally was notified it was shipped. It was exactly what I wanted. It was shipped FED EX and they just dropped it in my driveway and left. I was glad nothing was wrong with it as they just left/no signing..nothing. I am usure if I would order again. Everything sold on line these days is made in China, and usually is inferior, replacement is very difficult and merchants don't stand behind their products. Netshops.com

2 Different cabinets came...saw it on the shipping invoice...called them, they said to refuse it. Then called back and said accept it if I would install the glass door. so I did. Price was excellent, time to receive order was fine. Two pieces arrived damaged. I immediately tried to phone--got no answer. I sent an email. Got a reply that someone would follow up. A couple of days later, I got another email that simply re-stated the "damaged goods policy" I'd read on the web---they didn't solve my problem at all!
Fortunately, I went to a Claire Murray store (not Furnature on the Web) and they replaced the pieces free of charge--which they didn't have to do, since I hadn't bought them from Claire Murray in the first place.
