Very good service. Caring and the workers are well-mannered. Efficient and well-priced company. Obviously, since it is a moving company there will be a scratch on the wall or floor (with big, bulky, heavy items) but that will be fixed. They have great workers whom you can trust come into your home and help. We moved out of our 4-bedroom house that we lived in for more than 22 years and the consideration and work that they provided was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anybody who is timid about moving or even the very experienced people who have moved many times. This company is held to the highest rating in my eyes. With summer coming around the men have humid/hot weather to work in, I could only imagine how miserable it has to be, yet they are still working to their best when sweating and dehydrated. GREAT MOVING COMPANY. I WOULD ONLY CHOOSE THIS ONE!

Cons: bad coordination within the company. Not very responsible. no communication with customers.

My company chose Weleski Transfer because they outbid other companies with lower estimate. However, they did not contact me before the move, neither did they give me a list of quote for the moving. Then they showed up two days before the moving date and wanted to pack our stuff. We did not even ask for packing service! On the day of the moving, they sent two guys to move our 3-bedroom house, with a piano and a large fridge. (we use other moving companies before, with so much stuff, they used at least 3-5 persons). We were all exhausted after the whole-day move. The wall in our house was damaged when they move the piano. After the move, they gave me a date which our stuff is scheduled to deliver and they said they would call us 24-hrs in advance and let us know the delivery time. But no body called us and we just waited and waited. I called the company and nobody had any idea where our stuff is. I spent my work day calling around and got no answer most of the time.

I moved with Weleski Transfer from Pittsburgh to Boston a year ago. The estimator was knowledgeable and gave a reasonable price after some negotiation. The movers showed up on time to pick up my belongings. The truck arrived in Boston with a delay of one week, but the company handled it well, communicating it properly and giving a compensation for the extra week in hotel and partial reimbursement of my meals.
There were some scratches on the furniture, but nothing went missing. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the price.
